one would need a model release to enter it into the ruby card comp I'd assume as adding that image to a credit card would seem like an endorsement of the product by the band
Hmm, I wonder? Really? Such a pity if that's true. I would have thought that U2 would be public property at this point. Ah well.
That was just me assuming I'll ask the guys in pix.ie tomorrow :) Though from reading through stock photography licenses I would assume its the same. Also technically the T&C say you can't have any camera in there I think so if you were seen to profit from it you could find yourself in a lot of trouble (I'm very much the pessimist these days)
You're definitely right to check. Our tickets said we could bring a camera with us as long as the lens was less that 1" in length.
ah :) well the bridge camera isn't more than 1" unless its extended :D though I'm rather shakey in my old age so some of my shots at 18x zoom are a bit blurry .. especially the burst mode shots
