The winner has not yet been chosen AFAIK. With over 16,000 photos uploaded I suspect it will be another while longer!

I believe the competition is still being judged. The organisers will post an update on this discussion board as soon as there is an update. :)

Dear All,
Apologies for the delay in announcing the results, the Volvo Ocean Race ended in St Petersburg at the end of June so we were still busy up until then. It also took us a little bit longer than expected to shortlist the almost 17,000 images. The shortlist is done and judging is underway. We expect that we will be able to announce the winners at the end of August i.e. after the holiday season. Thanks for your patience.
