Thanks for sharing!  I looked up Gray Jay on Wikipedia and they seem to be pretty brave as birds go, so kudos for taking advantage! Love the capture, great background blur and nice movement. Sweet.

Super shot. Would love to know what equipment you used and the conditions underwhich the photo was taken. These are HARD shots to get :-)
