About:

I haven't used Pix.ie for ages even though I registered sometime last year. I'm based in Waterford but travel around the country and abroad covering sports events. Used to work for newspapers but since they have folded (pardon the pun!) I'm doing a bit of freelance here and there.


Currently looking for a full time photography job and hopefully with a sports agency.

Equipment Used:

Canon 1D MKII, Canon 5D, Canon 40D, Canon 400D. Canon 580EXII, Canon 300mm f/2.8L IS USM, Canon 70-200 f/2.8L USM, Canon 17-40 f/4L, Sigma 24-70 f/2.8

It works for me because in contrast with the faces of the 2 background players the female face printed on the middle player "the gouger" is sharp, combined with whatever subliminal message there is in the pink strip.... wtf is that about? nice work
