They were so curious and very very (a little too) brave. They kept coming at me, I had to keep retreating. The guy on the left (#148) kept trying to lick the lens. lol.

No flash this time Kathleen, I would have used it but I forgot to bring batteries for it. (So dumb!!)

Love the shot Mick - and probably better without the flash too... the pinks in the eyes are a great connection to the colors in the sky.

I think you are the cow whisperer! Very strong image captured. Fantastic gaze by the central cow. Like the variety of cow poses and agree with Bernard Dunne about the pink in the eyes (and mouth area) being a great connection to the colours in the sky. V.

This was a lucky shot on the way home from a fruitless visit to a nearby lake/resevoir ( http://pix.ie/brownie/1129940 ). I guess its true what they say, Every cloud has a silver lining.
