They're some sort of religious fanatics with a deathwish. Extreme stupidity and lack of regard for the Cliffs. As for the bikers? They show even more stupidity, beyond belief.

Ah jeenie oneyejack! Clearly there's a logical explaination.. eh.. the woman in blue is holding a gun .. or the chap with the bag has just shouted out that he's a sucide bomber... or.. the government have put a loo around the corner because it was the most expensive place to put it.. or .. something like that, ya know! Folks have brains, they just like to conserve a large percentage of it by not using it.. sorta thing. :)
