Brilliant idea,would love to try it, but the traffic in Leitrim is less than stellar, and sheep don't leave the same motion blur :) Kudos on being able to stand perfectly still for a whole second.. Fantastic!

The photographer (James Horan) used ~1 second exposure with the camera mounted on a tripod... I fired the flash manually by pushing the button on the back during the 1 second exposure.
