@ Martina - its really easy to get this result. All you need it a cool location, a tripod, a shutter release if you have one and a slow shutter speed.

If memory serves me right, the exposure was about 6th of a second or somrthing like that. I waited for people to come from my left to cross the bride.

it was a test to see if anyone actually looked   hahahaha
